Kuwait Petroleum (Belgium) NV in Antwerp is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in English, Romanian and Hungarian. You will be the first point of contact by phone and email, resolving questions and guiding customers with accurate information while maintaining a positive experience.

Join a multilingual team and support orders, invoicing and payments, collaborating with Sales and Finance to ensure timely responses. Hybrid work from office and home is available.

Qualifications

• Must have a secondary education diploma and 1–3 years of experience in customer service or another commercial role.
• Fluent in English, Romanian and Hungarian.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers, cardholders and colleagues by phone and email, delivering clear answers and a positive experience.
• Investigate questions, resolve complaints and keep customers informed until resolution, involving colleagues when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and other teams to support invoicing, payments and credit-related questions.
• Process customer information accurately, follow procedures and stay up to date with processes and policies.
