Job summary

DAB Pumps is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the Belux Department to support customers and the sales force. The role focuses on after-sales support, product information, and coordination with service partners in a global team.

The candidate should have a technical background, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and be fluent in Dutch and French, with English for HQ collaboration. A hands-on, proactive approach is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales/customer care support to Belux and liaise with sales & service teams.
• Provide product and application information and follow up on repairs and maintenance sales orders.
• Coordinate with service partner network and handle administration and trainings.
• Manage warehouse activities.
• Report to the Sales Manager Belux and participate in meetings.

POSITION - Customer Service Officer

We are looking for a driven Customer Service Officer to join our D.Service Belux Department to support our customers and our sales force.

What you will do:

• You provide after-Sales/customer care support to Belux, for requests coming from customers, distributors and end users and are the link between the customers and our sales & service teams.
• The main tasks are providing information to our customers on products and applications (after sales) and the processing/ follow-up of flow of repairs, service planning and maintenance sales orders.
• You will be in contact with our service partners network for the daily business activities and will be the reference person for administration activities and trainings
• You manage some warehouse activities
• You are included in a Global D.Service team, where you have the chance to discuss topics and ideas with after-sales colleagues in the whole group
• You communicate and participate in meetings and report directly to the Sales manager Belux.

Who you are:

• Technical high school diploma or technical background (e.g., Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields); experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
• Passion for technology and a strong interest in the pumping industry, with enthusiasm for innovative products and solutions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM systems.
• Very good command of Dutch and French for the local market, good command of English for collaboration with headquarters; experience with IoT and connectivity solutions is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills to keep pace with market and technological developments.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to quickly identify connections, opportunities, and effective solutions.
• Proven ability to manage operational activities efficiently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a readiness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• High level of motivation, positive attitude, and initiative, combined with a hands-on approach to work.
