Jobat’s client in Schelle (Antwerp) seeks a motivated Customer Service Assistant fluent in English, Polish and German to support the logistics team. You will coordinate weekly collections, liaise with partners across sites and track progress, ensuring timely pickups and high service levels.

You will identify potential issues early, keep customer data updated, and look for smarter ways to increase collection success across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Polish and German.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics or transport context is a plus.

Our client is a European transport company specialising in the hire of plastic pallets.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Assistant for an innovative transport company in Schelle (Antwerp) who can communicate fluently in English, Polish and German.

You’ll be a key link within the logistics department. Working with various partners and sites, you’ll ensure that return shipments are collected smoothly, efficiently and on time. No two days are the same: you’ll plan, coordinate, follow up and step in when things don’t go to plan.

Your mission?

To ensure that every collection runs as smoothly as possible. You’ll maintain an overview, liaise with the relevant parties and spot potential issues before they become real problems.
