Michael Page is recruiting for a Customer Service DACH specialist supporting the medical sector from our client in Belgium. The role focuses on the Order to Cash cycle, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, and timely responses to inquiries from customers in the DACH region.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor deliveries, maintain records, provide product support, and identify process improvements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
