Antwerp Management School in Belgium is seeking a recruitment-oriented professional to manage inbound leads, categorize them by interest level, and guide executive prospects through the enrollment funnel with timely, value-driven outreach.

You will collaborate closely with program owners to understand USPs, tailor conversations to each learner’s goals, maintain proactive engagement until registration, and provide feedback to marketing to improve campaigns and content in all funnel stages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial or recruitment experience.
• Proactive, advisory to prospects, able to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; strong written and spoken communication.

Function

What will you do?

• You receive leads from the Inbound lead representative, and you categorize them based on their level of interest, engagement, or readiness to purchase
• You keep the leads engaged to move them further down the sales funnel by consistently providing value, addressing concerns, and answering questions in a timely and helpful manner.
• You interact closely with the program owners of your product portfolio and will gain valuable insights into the program's unique selling points (USPs) and tailor your approach to effectively address potential participants' needs and aspirations.
• You manage the total engagement process until registration of contact.
• Your proactivity and process-driven mindset enables you to continuously improve and develop methods, procedures, and strategies that optimize the conversion process.
• You give feedback to marketing and program owners to help tune marketing campaigns and to create the right communication content and flows in all stages of the funnel.

Profile

• You are familiar with a business school environment
• You have at least 2 years of commercial or recruitment experience
• You understand the learning needs of executive professionals and follow the lifelonglearning trends to have meaningful conversations
• You are confident in an advisory role towards prospects
• You are eager to learn and you can work independently
• You have knowledge of MS Office
• You have good communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Dutch
