ThoughtLabs Belgium seeks a skilled Business Analyst to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, identify business needs, and translate them into effective IT solutions. You will create and maintain documentation of requirements, provide input for development, and manage needs throughout projects.

The role requires an IT degree and strong stakeholder-management experience, with excellent English for global collaboration. This position is based in Brussels.

Qualifications

• A university degree in IT with 8+ years of IT experience.
• Experience managing stakeholders in large projects.
• Experience negotiating with business and IT actors.
• Experience with business administration, public relations, customer relations and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing meeting materials for committees/clients.
• Experience with meeting facilitation and communication handling.
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative processes.
• Ability to present business and technical information clearly.
• Excellent command of English.

• Experience with preparation materials for meetings with committees/clients ;
• Experience with meeting facilitation and communication handling;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Ability to give business and technical presentations;
• Excellent command of the English language.
