Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Hal Far, Malta, seeks a Grade 181 Customer Liaison Officer to manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, coordinate with production planning and logistics, and update the pricebook.

The role requires Maltese and English fluency, excellent customer care, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure on day shifts; ISO 14001/45001 compliance training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Secondary School level education (minimum O Level standard).
• Fluency in both Maltese and English.
• Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• To manage customer orders and communication from receipt through shipment.
• Maintain accurate order and schedule information.
• Coordinate with production planning and logistics to identify and resolve risks to delivery.
• Pack and prepare the product for shipment.
• Liaise with logistics officer to book shipment.
• Report weekly on sales targets and achievements.
