Job summary

Equans is seeking a Customer Intelligence Officer in Brussels to combine customer data, feedback, and market insights. You will connect customer knowledge with business opportunities and marketing initiatives, turning insights from CRM and Voice of the Customer into actionable recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Business Insights to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer insights, CRM, market research or marketing analytics.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and CRM data from Salesforce and other sources to extract insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Identify trends and patterns within customer segments to inform marketing strategies.
• Translate insights into concrete recommendations for marketing and commercial teams.
• Support Voice of the Customer programs and organize surveys/interviews.
