Equans is seeking an AI & Automation Solutions Analyst in Brussels to combine business analysis, stakeholder collaboration and hands-on development in Copilot Studio and Power Automate. You will shape, build and improve AI-driven processes and digital workflows, facilitating workshops, mapping requirements and translating them into actionable designs. The role requires 5+ years in business analysis and delivering low-code automation in an enterprise, plus fluency in English and Dutch or French.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and delivering low-code or workflow automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience building, testing and maintaining solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate workshops to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Map current and future processes and identify AI/workflow use cases.
• Translate requirements into solution designs covering agents, topics and integrations.
• Configure, test, deploy and maintain automation in Copilot Studio/Power Automate.
• Collaborate with architecture, security and data teams to ensure compliance.
• Monitor adoption, feedback and drive backlog improvements.
