Accenture Song is seeking a Customer Advisory Manager to lead a high-impact client advisory agenda. You will drive business development, design customer experiences to unlock growth, and oversee end-to-end engagements with senior client teams.

You will mentor analysts and consultants, shape strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and value for leading clients in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience, preferably related to customer sales & service topics.
• Demonstrate prior consulting experience or have a relevant project management background.
• Functional experience with growth, go-to-market, commercial, customer & distribution strategies.
• Experience in digital/strategic transformation programs & value realization, operating model redesigns or service designs.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, customer journey and maturity assessment.
• Proven presentation and storytelling skills, personal impact and confidence to lead meetings, presentations and workshops.
• First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong mentoring & coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and to lead a workstream within a broader project scope.
• Technology knowledge of CRM platforms, Marketplaces, eCommerce, customer analytics solutions, Engagement centers, conversational AI & chat, customer portals etc.
• Effective communication in Dutch or French, and English.

• Lead and deliver workstreams to drive ambitoned outcomes, in collaboration with the client.
• Coach and mentor analysts and consultants to support their strengths.
• Contribute to publishing and sharing knowledge as thought leadership for clients and industry.
