JD.COM in Belgium seeks a Cross-Border Logistics Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end cross-border warehousing and logistics across Europe from Belgium. You will manage reservations, monitor cargo flow, coordinate customs declarations and tracking, and generate KPI reports to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of cross-border operations experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluent Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 3 years or above.
• Position-related Experience: 3 years or above.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Professional skills: Prior cross-border operation experience required; customs or cross-border trade training preferred.
