Orange Business in Brussels is seeking a Junior/Medior CRM Functional Analyst with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform expertise to join a hybrid, permanent team. You will translate business needs into functional requirements, bridge business and IT, and tailor solutions to client processes.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, collaborative approach and a strong focus on out-of-the-box capabilities. The position offers exposure to diverse projects across the Benelux region, with opportunities for growth

Responsabilités

• In-depth functional analysis and gap analyses; run workshops and translate insights into requirements.
• Bridge business and IT by articulating needs to technical teams and vice versa.
• Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to client processes, prioritizing out-of-the-box features.
• Own the backlog and product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring delivery meets business and technical standards.
