Deliveroo Belgium is offering a CRM Intern position to support campaign execution, localization, and performance tracking. You will learn how customer communications are managed at scale, and how data informs marketing decisions in a fast-growing international setting.

You will work with the CRM team on operational campaigns, gain hands-on experience with data analysis, and contribute to improving customer engagement and retention in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Belgium (e.g. business, economics, marketing)
• Available for a 6‑month internship (potential extension up to 12 months)
• Comfortable working in English (French and/or Dutch)
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel (data handling)
• Interest in CRM tools or marketing automation is a plus

Responsibilities

• CRM Campaign Operations (core responsibility)
• Support the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns (email, push notifications)
• Build and schedule campaigns in CRM tools, ensuring targeting, content, and timing accuracy
• Manage and push live customer communications (promotional messages, lifecycle campaigns)
• Assist in the creation and localization of campaign content across channels
• Perform QA checks before launch to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Act as a link between campaign planning and execution
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, retention)
• Assist in creating regular CRM performance reports
• Analyze results to identify trends and insights; support A/B testing
