Job summary

DPAM, part of Degroof Petercam, invites a motivated student to a 6-month internship in Brussels within the Marketing team. You will assist with CRM campaigns, client journeys, data quality checks, KPI reporting, and website-related data flows, gaining hands-on experience in CRM tools and digital communication.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and IT, help develop Power BI dashboards, and contribute to AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Student in Marketing, Business, or Data-related studies.
• Curious about CRM, automation, and digital marketing.
• Analytical, organized, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns and client journeys, including emails, forms, segments, automation, event flows, surveys, and A/B testing.
• Coordinate local CRM execution and collaborate with marketing teams and business stakeholders on campaign delivery.
• Support data quality checks, GDPR, consent, and retention processes.
• Develop KPI reporting and dashboards, including Power BI where relevant.
• Contribute to AI support capabilities and maintain process documentation.
• Support CRM users, create training materials, and assist with website/data flows.
