Job summary

Proximus is seeking a CPO (Copper Phase Out) Specialist in Brussels to drive migrations from copper services to fiber. You will coordinate across technical and business units, perform case analyses, define migration solutions, and help release legacy copper infrastructure.

The role also covers broader MCC activities and modernization initiatives, requiring fluency in French, Dutch, and English. The position offers a dynamic, multilingual work environment with opportunities to develop

Qualifications

Experience in telecom operations, service provisioning, or network migration is an asset.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
Cross-functional project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate copper-to-fiber migrations with focus on efficiency and continuity.
Follow up on CPO action plans and respect deadlines.
Analyze migration cases for technically and commercially sound paths.
Validate migration paths with cross-functional teams for feasibility.
Communicate with stakeholders to support decisions and resolve issues.
Monitor progress and report migration status and blockers.
Contribute to MCC activities like compacting, rehosting, and equipment migration.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to align network upgrades.
