Job summary

Proximus Group is seeking a Greenfield Program Officer to support governance, coordination and reporting across Fiber Klaar, Unifiber, Go Fiber and other deployment footprints. The role blends program management with PMO responsibilities and a focus on industrializing processes.

Qualifications

• Proven program governance and PMO experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with KPI reporting and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication (NL/FR/EN).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and management reporting.
• Track actions, risks, decisions, dependencies, and escalations.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and follow up on priorities.
• Prepare management presentations and decision proposals.
• Consolidate KPIs, forecasts, and portfolio reporting.
• Monitor program performance and identify trends or risks.
• Ensure data quality and reporting consistency across stakeholders.
• Identify optimization, automation, and standardization opportunities.
• Define and support improved processes and tooling enhancements.
• Drive adoption of best practices across the Greenfield ecosystem.
• Facilitate collaboration between Proximus, Fiber Klaar, Unifiber, Go Fiber, and ops teams.
