Deutsche Bank in Brussels is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients in Belgium. You will drive client growth, deliver treasury and financing solutions, and build trusted relationships with senior finance and treasury stakeholders.

As part of Corporate Coverage, you will coordinate product specialists, manage risk and regulatory compliance, and mentor junior colleagues while expanding revenue and wallet share across Deutsche Bank’s product lines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multinational clients in banking or corporate finance.
• Strong client advisory skills and a track record of revenue growth.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, credit, coverage).
• Understanding of treasury, financing solutions and risk controls.
• Excellent command of English; Dutch and/or French desirable.
• Commitment to compliance and Know Your Customer standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of multinational subsidiary clients in Belgium as trusted advisor for banking, treasury and financing needs.
• Develop senior client relationships, grow revenue, increase wallet share and originate new business opportunities across product offerings.
• Lead client pitches, proposals and transaction execution by coordinating product specialists, credit partners and international coverage teams.
• Ensure high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance including KYC/AML and financial crime prevention.
