Deutsche Bank Belgium is seeking an Operations Manager – Head Corporate Security Belgium (f/m/x) to lead safety and security across all Belgian sites. The role oversees policy development, risk management, and training, ensuring compliance with wellbeing legislation and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate or willingness to obtain it.
• Native language Dutch or French, and a good professional command of the other national language as well as English.
• In-depth knowledge of security systems including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV and fire detection systems.
• Experience coordinating and monitoring projects, including planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring deadlines, budgets and results are achieved.
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel nationally to various branches.

Responsibilities

• As Head of Safety and Security Belgium, you are responsible for:
• You are responsible for the safety and security of all Deutsche Bank Belgium sites. You are developing, implementing and monitoring the organisation’s wellbeing and prevention policy. You ensure compliance with procedures, instructions and wellbeing legislation.
• Preparing and monitoring the Global Prevention Plan (GPP) and the Annual Action Plan (AAP), and you advise management and employees on safety, health, wellbeing and security matters.
• You conduct safety and security inspections and support internal and external audits and follow up on the related action points.
• You investigate safety and security incidents as well as workplace accidents, carry out risk assessments and implement corrective measures.
• You organise and coordinate training on safety, prevention and security to strengthen safety and security awareness across the organisation.

Skills

• You hold a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate or are willing to obtain it.
• Your native language is Dutch or French, and you have a good professional command of the other national language as well as English.
