Deutsche Bank Belgium seeks a Relationship Manager to cover multinational subsidiary clients in Belgium, driving growth and delivering treasury and financing solutions. You will build trusted relationships with senior finance leaders, lead cross-border transactions, and coordinate with product specialists and international teams.

You will manage risk and regulatory compliance, while expanding wallet share and originating new business opportunities across the bank’s product suite.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client advisory skills.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services.
• Proficient in English; Dutch/French/German language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive franchise growth by developing client strategies, monitoring market opportunities, and coaching less experienced colleagues.

Responsabilities

Join our Corporate Coverage team in Brussels as a Relationship Manager, covering multinational subsidiary clients in Belgium. You will drive client growth, deliver strategic treasury and financing solutions, and build trusted relationships with senior finance and treasury stakeholders.

As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for:

• Develop senior client relationships, grow revenue, increase wallet share, and originate new business opportunities across Deutsche Bank's product offering.

• Ensure high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance, including Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, and financial crime prevention requirements.

Skills

• Demonstrate strong relationship management, business development, and client advisory skills within corporate banking or financial services.
• Build trusted relationships with senior finance and treasury stakeholders and identify opportunities to grow client revenues and wallet share.
• Lead complex transactions and coordinate effectively with product specialists, credit, and international coverage teams.
• Apply sound risk management knowledge, including Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Combine strong commercial, client management, and banking expertise with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable, and German language skills would be an added advantage.
