BMW Group in Belgium is seeking a Controlling Officer to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will analyze costs, margins, investments, and headcount while contributing to budget tracking and business cases in a structured, innovative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in finance/controlling and bring a first experience with a strong analytical mindset. Fluent Dutch and English, excellent Excel skills, and interest in data/AI tools are required.

• Master's degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration.
• Final year of master or recently completed master’s degree.
• Strong analytical mindset and precise, structured work.
• Team player who is eager to learn and take responsibility.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; good Excel skills and interest in data/AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Support controlling team in financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Collect, process and analyze costs, margins, investments and headcount data.
• Prepare budget tracking, business cases and project analyses for decision making.
• Perform checks and validations on figures, assumptions and actions.
• Apply existing controlling processes and guidelines in daily operation.
• Assist with risk follow-up, provision calculations and documentation of special actions.
• Leverage new tools and automation to improve analysis and reporting.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
