BMW Group in Belgium is seeking a Controlling Officer to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will analyze costs, margins, investments, and headcount while contributing to budget tracking and business cases in a structured, innovative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in finance/controlling and bring a first experience with a strong analytical mindset. Fluent Dutch and English, excellent Excel skills, and interest in data/AI tools are required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration.
Final year of master or recently completed master’s degree.
Strong analytical mindset and precise, structured work.
Team player who is eager to learn and take responsibility.
Fluent in Dutch and English; good Excel skills and interest in data/AI tools.

Responsabilités

Support controlling team in financial planning, forecasting and reporting.
Collect, process and analyze costs, margins, investments and headcount data.
Prepare budget tracking, business cases and project analyses for decision making.
Perform checks and validations on figures, assumptions and actions.
Apply existing controlling processes and guidelines in daily operation.
Assist with risk follow-up, provision calculations and documentation of special actions.
Leverage new tools and automation to improve analysis and reporting.
