E‑Frontiers is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee high-spec Data Centre developments in the Benelux region, including groundworks to commissioning and handovers. You will lead 2/3 live projects, managing site teams and coordinating with the client and design teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, CSA/MEP integration, and adherence to safety, quality and contractual standards across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• 8-10+ years' experience with Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP integration.
• Experience on high-spec commercial or industrial builds.
• Data centre experience advantageous but not essential.

Role Overview

The Contracts Manager will oversee the delivery of a high-specification Data Centre developments in the Benelux region, having oversight across all aspects of the builds from groundworks through to commissioning and handovers.

In this role you will oversee 2/3 projects concurrently showing leadership to the site teams while also requiring close collaboration with the Client, Design Team, and external delivery teams, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
