Eligo Recruitment seeks a Design Manager for Mission Critical Facilities in Belgium. Hybrid role across East Flanders and Antwerp, permanent full-time.

You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate internal and international design work using BIM 360 to deliver buildable solutions for clients across Europe. You will need a master's degree in engineering, about five years of leadership in design projects, fluency in English and Dutch, and strong

• A master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Around five years managing multidisciplinary design projects, ideally data centres or industrial buildings.
• Experience leading design teams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident in 3D design and BIM environments, particularly BIM 360.
• Knowledge of design standards, regulations and construction practice.
• Fluent English and Dutch (French is welcome but not required).

Our client is an international engineering and design consultancy. Their Mission Critical Facilities team sits within plant engineering, and this role turns complex client requirements into designs that can actually be built, using 3D and BIM tools, with Belgian and international teams working on the same models.
