ING Belgium is seeking a Contract & Vendor Manager within Procurement Belgium to manage a portfolio of supplier contracts, drive value, manage risk and ensure compliance with ING standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Finance to ensure contracts are fit for purpose, suppliers perform as expected and risks are effectively managed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management or related field.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a structured way.
• Comfort navigating a complex, regulated environment.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Professional proficiency in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle including signature, renewal, amendment and termination.
• Anticipate expirations and coordinate renewal activities with stakeholders.
• Challenge business requirements and translate them into contractual solutions.
• Participate in supplier sourcing activities and negotiations.
• Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to support decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
• Identify and monitor supplier and contract-related risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to vendor reviews and continuous improvement of processes.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
