Optimile is expanding its global reach and is seeking a Contract Manager to lead contracting, procurement and vendor management activities. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Legal to secure favorable terms while supporting growth and compliance across Europe.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, optimize the vendor portfolio and ensure contracts align with risk controls and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ability to balance interests.
• Experience managing contracts with legal/commercial stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with pragmatic mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake to renewal.
• Negotiate commercial, legal and operational terms with suppliers and customers.
• Develop and optimize supplier portfolio and procurement strategy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins without compromising quality.
• Build relationships with key vendors and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor contract compliance, renewal schedules and risks with Legal.
• Support Sales with customer contracts and redlines coordination.
• Maintain standard agreements, repositories and procurement processes.
• Oversee corporate insurance policies and coverage.
• Improve contracting workflows to support international growth.
