Amaris Consulting is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction projects in Belgium. You will manage site preparation, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and compliance while coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.

The role requires at least 5 years in a similar capacity, strong knowledge of the construction industry, and fluency in French and English. A Master’s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering and mobility within Walloon region are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Site Supervisor/Construction Manager/site manager).
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and financial/ contractual project management.
• Experience with public procurement and public contracts.
• Ability to independently manage budgets, deadlines and resources.
• Fluent in French and English; driving licence and mobility within Walloon region.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and organise construction sites considering constraints, deadlines, budgets and safety.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Supervise daily progress and ensure deliverable quality.
• Develop and monitor execution schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations and legislation.
• Monitor project costs and budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage contractual aspects of projects and construction activities.
• Participate in site meetings and report progress.
• Contribute to process and method improvements.
