Agilité Solutions seeks a construction site manager to lead high-value projects across retail, offices, commercial premises, hotels and restaurants in Belgium. You will act as the technical reference on site, coordinating teams, subcontractors and suppliers to safeguard quality, deadlines and client satisfaction.

The role requires a degree in architecture or building engineering, at least four years’ experience in relevant sectors, strong negotiation and budget skills, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or building engineering.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in office/retail/hotel/hospitality construction projects.
• Strong negotiation, budget and deadline management skills.
• Proactive profile with technical vision and aesthetic sensibility for unique spaces.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional European language.

Responsabilités

• Planning and supervising work on site.
• Managing schedules, purchases, deliveries, and reserves.
• Organising the construction site, resources, and access.
• Coordinating subcontractors, leading progress meetings, and tracking budget and deadlines.
• Ensuring HSQE compliance and application of internal safety policies.
• Identifying non-conformities and writing site reports.
• Liaising with customers, design offices, and service providers.
