Amaris Consulting is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Engineering team in Belgium. You will manage and coordinate construction projects on site, from preparation through execution, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to budgets and timelines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar role, strong knowledge of the construction industry, and a track record in financial and contractual project management. French and English fluency is required, with mobility across the Walloon region.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Site Supervisor/Construction Manager).
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry and financial/contractual project management.
• Good understanding of public procurement and public contracts.
• Ability to independently manage budgets, deadlines and resources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Comfort with planning tools such as MS Project.
• Master's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid driving licence and mobility within the Walloon region.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and organise construction sites considering constraints, deadlines, budgets and safety.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Supervise daily progress and ensure deliverable quality.
• Develop and monitor execution schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety regulations and legislation.
• Monitor project costs and budgets and respect financial targets.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage contractual aspects of projects and activities.
• Participate in site meetings and report on progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methods.
