Progressive / SThree Group in Antwerp is seeking a Senior Project Manager Construction Execution & Preparation to lead major infrastructure works and ensure delivery safely, on time and within budget. You will lead project teams, manage safety, planning, budget, quality and stakeholder engagement, and coordinate the transition from design to construction across interfaces with contractors.

Fluent Dutch and good English/French, a Bachelor's in Construction or Civil Engineering with 10+ years of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
Strong experience in civil infrastructure projects.
Proven leadership experience managing project teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
Valid VOL-VCA certification.
Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of English and French.

Responsabilités

Lead project teams across major construction and civil engineering works.
Manage all aspects of your project scope including safety, planning, budget, quality, stakeholder management, information management.
Coordinate the transition from design phase to construction phase.
Manage interfaces between multiple project areas and contractors.
Monitor risks, deviations, inspections, and verification activities.
Ensure efficient project delivery while minimizing environmental and community impact.
Drive planning, procurement, execution, and successful project handover.
