JAM in Belgium is seeking an experienced Construction / Site Manager to support a major industrial EPC project on site. This freelance role requires a strong background in heavy industry and on-site leadership.

You will manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate contractors and site teams, and ensure works are safe, on schedule and met to the highest quality. Fluent English and VCA/VOL or equivalent safety certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on major industrial or EPC projects.
• Experience in petrochemical, chemical, oil & gas, energy or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong track record coordinating contractors and subcontractors on large sites.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities and safety.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site teams to meet schedule and quality.
• Ensure works comply with project specs, drawings, and method statements.
• Lead site meetings and liaise with project management, engineering and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and propose practical solutions.
• Support inspections, quality requirements and project handover.
• Ensure all site activities comply with HSE requirements.
