Red Bear is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to lead safety across our construction projects in Belgium. You will work with the Head of Health and Safety to implement programs that minimise risk and protect wellbeing on-site and at project locations.

You will develop safety policies, conduct risk assessments, train staff, investigate incidents, write reports, and lead inspections to ensure compliance with legislation and ISO standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong experience in risk assessment and risk management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of health and safety on a construction site.
• Experience in performing and executing organisation’s safety programs and policies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive safety across multiple project locations in Belgium.
• Collaborate with Head of Health and Safety to align projects with H&S goals and client/country requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
