CFE Group is seeking a hands-on insurance professional to own Group insurance matters across Belgium. You will partner with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to manage programs, claims and risk strategies. The role reports to the Senior Insurance Manager and involves complex, project‑driven environments.

Qualifications

• Requires a law degree or Bachelor in insurance and minimum five years’ experience in insurance, broker, or corporate insurance department.
• Understanding of claims handling, policy administration, certificates, renewals, and broker follow-up.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English with clear communication for specialists and non‑specialists.

Responsabilités

• Lead placement and management of Group insurance programs & policies, negotiating terms with brokers and insurers.
• Support tenders and new projects by reviewing contractual risks and advising on insurance requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day insurance advice during project execution and ensure contractual compliance.
• Manage insurance claims from notification to recovery, coordinating with brokers, insurers and legal counsel.
• Review brokers’ invoices, monitor project insurance in CRM, verify endorsements and payments.
• Act as a trusted business partner, offering guidance and training to internal teams.
