Job summary

CFE is seeking a hands-on insurance professional to take ownership of insurance matters across a complex, construction-driven environment in Belgium. You will lead placement, manage programs, review contractual risks, and act as a trusted partner to project teams, brokers, insurers and legal counsel.

With a background in law or insurance and fluency in Dutch, French and English, you will drive risk management, claims coordination and reporting to senior management while supporting growth and

Qualifications

Minimum five years’ experience in an insurance or broker’s company or insurance department of a company.
Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Construction sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the placement and management of the Group’s insurance programs & policies with brokers and insurers.
Review contractual risks and advise on insurance requirements for tenders and projects.
Provide day-to-day insurance advice and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Manage insurance claims from notification to recovery with coordination of stakeholders.
Review brokers’ invoices and monitor project insurance using the CRM system.
