bpost in Belgium is seeking a Compliance Project Manager Building Operations to bridge management and on-the-ground teams across more than 850 buildings. You lead compliance projects, define governance, and translate regulations into concrete improvements.

You bring strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory know-how in buildings and installations; fluency in Dutch and French is required, English is a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• Proven track record in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to structure and prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and technical building standards.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compliance projects within building operations.
• Coordinate safety and technical conformity initiatives.
• Design project governance and process flows.
• Set priorities, align stakeholders, and track KPIs.
• Manage the compliance roadmap and governance.
• Develop and monitor the annual JAP with S2O and Prevention.
• Define and monitor KPIs and risk tracking.
• Report to management with clear recommendations.
• Support operational teams and ensure legal compliance.
• Translate regulations into actionable projects.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with prevention, technical teams, and partners.
• Deliver training to raise awareness.
