Projective Group in Brussels seeks a Compliance Consultant to advise financial institutions on regulatory frameworks, governance and risk management, strengthening control environments.

You will translate new regulatory requirements into practical solutions, conduct risk assessments and collaborate with client stakeholders to enhance regulatory resilience. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Criminology, or related field.
• Recognized compliance certificate (Febelfin/ICA/ACAMS).
• Excellent knowledge of business English and fluency in Dutch or French.
• +5 years in compliance or regulatory risk with project facilitation experience.
• At least 1 year in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks and financial regulations.

Responsabilités

• Advise financial institutions on regulatory compliance, governance and risk management challenges.
• Assess and improve compliance frameworks, policies, controls and processes.
• Support regulatory change initiatives and translate new requirements into practical solutions.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, thematic reviews and control effectiveness analyses.
• Identify compliance gaps and support remediation actions.
• Provide challenge on compliance risks, controls and governance arrangements.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to strengthen compliance capabilities and regulatory resilience.
