Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Brussels is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Mobile Implementation Officer to support the Rewards Review rollout across MSF projects. You will help map existing C&B practices and drive improvements, reporting to HR Operations and C&B advisors.

The role involves travel up to 70%, a fixed-term 12-month contract, and a full-time on-site schedule. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR/BA, 5+ years in C&B, and MSF experience, with English or French

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical and/or specialist HR function related to Compensation & Benefits.
• MSF experience is compulsory; MSF HRCo experience is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Support and guide with the implementation of the new Rewards Review policies and deliverables.
• Map current C&B policy implementation and identify deviations and bottlenecks.
• Proactively train HRCOs and HR managers on the Global Rewards framework and existing policies.
