Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium in Brussels seeks a Recruitment Mobile Implementation Officer to support recruitment across MSF projects. You will analyze recruitment practices, align with MSF principles, and help optimize tools and approaches in collaboration with project teams and the Brussels Recruitment Unit.

The role emphasizes strengthening recruitment support, gap identification, and practical improvements, with frequent travel to diverse contexts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of international experience with MSF or another NGO in HR positions across projects is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment activities, processes and/or strategies is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in human resources, social sciences or related area is a strong asset.
• Experience in training, coaching and facilitating is a strong asset.
• Interest or experience in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in recruitment or Safe recruitment is an asset.
• Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies, tools, and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assess recruitment practices across countries of operations and identify operational realities.
• Ensure recruitment activities are timely, transparent, fair, cost-effective, and confidential.
• Analyze challenges with HR Officers and colleagues to define improvement priorities.
• Develop toolkits, guidelines, templates and training materials for HR teams in projects.
• Support rollout and use of recruitment tools and systems (KOBO) as needed.
• Co-create guidance with MSF counterparts and contribute to policy reviews.
• Continue developing a coherent methodology to harmonize local recruitment processes with MSF principles.
