M%C3%A9decins Sans Fronti%C3%A8res Belgium is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Mobile Implementation Officer (C&B MIO) to support RR policy rollout and map current C&B practices across MSF projects in Belgium. The role involves frequent project visits (up to 70%) and close collaboration with HR operations, with reporting lines to the Country Coordinator and HR/C&B advisors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR/related field, at least 5 years in a C&B-focused role, and MSF experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical and/or specialist HR function related to Compensation & Benefits.
• MSF experience is compulsory, MSF HRCo experience is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation of the Rewards Review policies and deliverables.
• Map current compensation and benefits policies across projects and identify deviations.
• Propose policy/process improvements based on identified challenges.
• Train HRCOs and HR managers on the Global Rewards framework and C&B policies.
• Coach HR Advisors and HRCOs to implement the HR common framework using data-driven methods.
• Gather feedback for data-driven policy improvements and participate in training events.
• Identify risks and opportunities from RR implementation and other HR changes.
