Rhox in Belgium seeks a Senior Strategic Communications Manager to connect business priorities to clear, coordinated communication across corporate, change and bank-wide programmes.
You will lead strategic approaches, manage senior stakeholders, and guide delivery from strategy to implementation, turning complex challenges into practical communication plans for employees, customers and other stakeholders.
A major banking organisation is strengthening its Marketing and Communications function with a senior Strategic Communications Manager who connects business priorities to clear, coordinated communication. The role covers strategic communication, corporate communication and change communication for large bank-wide programmes, combining senior stakeholder management, communication advice and project management from strategy through implementation.
Communication supports strategic priorities by giving employees, customers and other stakeholders a clear understanding of what is changing, why it matters and what is expected. The function operates across a complex banking environment, where initiatives involve multiple business areas, expert teams and senior decision-makers. This role turns business context and challenges into a practical communication strategy that supports adoption and organisational outcomes.
As the senior Strategic Communications Manager, you will assess complex requests, define the communication approach and guide delivery across bank-wide and transversal initiatives. You will develop integrated communication strategies for complex business challenges, advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders, and align multidisciplinary contributors around clear choices. You will retain ownership of scope, planning, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations so that communication programmes move from agreed direction to consistent execution.
Master’s degree in Communication, Economics or Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
