Job summary

EY-Parthenon Belgium, a leading global strategy consultancy, seeks a seasoned manager to drive commercial strategy and pricing engagements with corporate and private equity clients. You will develop pricing models, lead teams, and influence client discussions to deliver real impact in a complex business landscape.

You will work on growth, transformation and value creation projects, leveraging AI insights and a collaborative, high-performance culture. English required; Dutch/French a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting.
• Understanding of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis.
• Experience in corporate development or corporate M&A is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, coordinate pricing-related engagements, and motivate your team.
• Lead development and execution of commercial strategy and pricing engagements.
• Develop, plan, lead and implement pricing strategies.
• Promote the professional and personal development of your team members.
• Develop pricing models and analytical tools for our clients.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Conducting market research and competitive analyses.
• Contribute to business development through client meetings and proposals.
