EY-Parthenon Belgium is seeking a Manager Commercial Strategy & Pricing to lead pricing engagements for industry clients. You will develop pricing models, supervise a project team, and shape strategic commercial advice with a focus on value creation and AI-enabled insights.

Strong analytic mindset, 5+ years in strategy consulting, and fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a path for professional growth within EY Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting
• Understanding of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis
• Experience in corporate development or corporate M&A with consulting exposure
• MBA considered a strong asset
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience managing complex business projects (carve-outs, post merger integration, transformation, value creation)
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent verbal and written English; Dutch and/or French is a plus

Currently we are looking for a Manager Commercial Strategy & Pricing to join our team in Belgium.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects, coordinate multiple commercial strategy & pricing related engagements and motivate your team to work together on common tasks;
• As a manager you will have a leading role in the development and execution of commercial strategy & pricing engagements;
• Develop, plan, lead and implement pricing strategies;
• Promote the professional and personal development of your team members;
• Developing and managing pricing models and analytical tools for our clients;
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
• Conducting market research and competitive analyses;
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context;
• Contribute to business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and by participating in client discussions.

Your Profile

You have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates;
• Understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis;
• In case you currently work in a corporate environment, such as corporate development or corporate M&A, you ideally also have gained consulting experience before;
• Master degree in civil, bio, industrial or business engineering or economics;
• An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working;
• Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects;
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams;
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching);
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered a plus;
• Motivated to go the extra mile to help build and develop a consulting business that was introduced in Belgium not so long ago.
