Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Belgium seeks a Senior Consultant Commercial Strategy & Pricing to join a fast-growing team. You will manage pricing engagements, develop models, and lead junior colleagues while building client relationships across corporate and PE domains.

The role emphasizes strategic pricing, analytics, and market insight. The position offers flexible working arrangements and strong development opportunities within EY-Parthenon’s Belgian practice, with a focus on growth, AI-enabled value

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting, restructuring or transformation for corporates.
• Understanding of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis.
• If you currently work in a corporate environment, consulting experience is a plus.
• Master degree in civil, bio, industrial or business engineering or economics; MBA is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with precise working methods.
• Experience managing complex business projects (carve-outs, M&A, transformation).
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; excellent communication in English; Dutch/French a plus.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Consultant Commercial Strategy & Pricing to join our team in Belgium.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects, coordinate multiple commercial strategy & pricing related engagements and motivate your team to work together on common tasks;
• Develop, plan, lead and implement pricing strategies;
• Promote the professional and personal development of your junior team members;
• Developing and managing pricing models and analytical tools for our clients;
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels;
• Conducting market research and competitive analyses;
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context;
• Contribute to business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and by participating in client discussions.

Your Profile

You have:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in business or strategy consulting, restructuring or profound experience in the transformation of business functions for corporates;
• Understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research and analysis;
• In case you currently work in a corporate environment, such as corporate development or corporate M&A, you ideally also have gained consulting experience before;
• Master degree in civil, bio, industrial or business engineering or economics;
• An MBA degree will be considered as a strong asset;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a precise way of working;
• Experience with managing complex business projects, such as carve-outs, post merger integration projects, corporate transformation projects or value creation projects;
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams;
• Strong people and leadership skills (incl. cross-functional collaboration, team management and people development & coaching);
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, proficiency in Dutch and/or French is considered a plus;
• Motivated to go the extra mile to help build and develop a consulting business that was introduced in Belgium not so long ago.
