Arcadis is seeking an experienced CSC QS to support commercial and financial management on large-scale construction projects. You will handle cost planning, BOQs, contract administration, and valuation of works, while collaborating with delivery, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure tight cost control.

The role requires 8+ years in QS and commercial management, with strong knowledge of FIDIC/NEC contracts, CostX, and Excel.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional accreditation (RICS or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and commercial management.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent).
Proficiency in CostX and advanced Excel.
Fluent English; additional languages are considered an asset.
Full-time on-site presence in Bissen, Luxembourg.

Responsabilités

Cost planning, estimating, and budget reconciliation across projects.
Measure and value completed works; review contractor payments.
Prepare payment schedules, retention calculations, and final accounts.
Assess variations, change orders, claims, and compensation events.
Support procurement through commercial analysis and bid evaluations.
Monitor costs, prepare forecasts, and cost-to-complete assessments.
Maintain records of quantities, valuations, and commercial correspondence.
Collaborate with engineering, design, procurement, construction, and management teams.
Ensure consistent cost reporting and coding; present updates to stakeholders.
Mentor junior staff; develop cost databases and BOQ libraries.
