Job summary

Copius Group is seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to support major energy, infrastructure, industrial and data centre projects across Belgium and Europe, with a hybrid working pattern.

You’ll take ownership of project costs and commercial performance, working closely with clients, project teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. This role focuses on budgets, valuations and cost reporting, procurement oversight, variations and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience on engineering, data centre, MEP-heavy or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills.

• Experience with cost control, variations and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of NEC or FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
