Toyota Financial Services Belgium is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist/Coordinator to manage complex collections and recovery cases, while supporting colleagues and driving continuous improvement within our Collections team.

You will work with lawyers, external partners, and internal teams to determine actions on delinquent accounts, coordinate recoveries, and report insights to senior management. A Finance-related degree, FSMA accreditation, and 5+ years in collections are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• FSMA accredited
• 5+ years' experience in collections and recoveries
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset balancing customer outcomes and business risk
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Languages: Dutch – C1 minimum, French – C1 minimum, English – B2 or higher

• Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently applied and regularly reviewed.

What we're looking for
