Job Juncture is seeking a CNC Setup Optimization Specialist & Multi-Axis Machinist for their facility in Brussels, WI. This role requires 3+ years of experience in CNC machine setup and tool path optimization, primarily in precision manufacturing environments such as aerospace.

Salary: $56,160 - $83,200 per year

Rate: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour, Green Bay Area, Early-Out Fridays, Direct-Hire
Experience Depth: 3+ years of independent CNC machine setup, tool path optimization, and controller-level G-code editing experience.
Machinery Depth: Expert-level operation and troubleshooting of Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers (HMC/VMC) and multi-axis turning systems.
Equipment Matrices: Direct familiarity setting up high-spec CNC machinery fleets (such as Mori Seiki, Doosan, or Fanuc-controlled systems).
Work Schedule: 1st Shift | Mon–Thu (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM) & Fridays (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) for a built-in early weekend jumpstart.
Earning Potential: $27.00 to $40.00 per hour baseline starting rate + premium overtime multipliers + unique 5-Year Deferred Loyalty Bonus.
Location: Thriving manufacturing hub just outside Green Bay, WI (100% climate-controlled shop environment). Compliance: United States Citizens or Green Card holders only; ITAR compliance regulations apply to all defense projects.
