Qualifications

• You must be autonomous, rigorous, and methodical.
• You should be able to read technical drawings and documents.
• You need to speak English, French, Portuguese, or Polish.
• Experience with FANUC machines is a plus.
• Experience with the MITSUBISHI program is a plus.
• Experience working on 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines is required.
• A degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or equivalent experience is necessary.

Responsabilités

• You will work on numerically controlled machines.
• Manufacturing mechanical parts and setting machines for tasks.
• Preparing raw materials and parts on the machines.
• Carrying out test runs to check machine output.
• Setting up machines for full manufacturing cycles.
• Supervising machines and making adjustments.

Overview

Our customer has been operating in Belgium for almost 100 years and specializes in bar turning and the manufacture of precision mechanical parts for sectors such as the automotive, aeronautics, agri-food and heavy goods vehicle industries.

Their production facilities are state-of-the-art, and they place particular emphasis on the quality of their products, from design to finish.

Responsibilities

• You will work on numerically controlled machines.
• You manufacture mechanical parts and make the necessary settings on the machines to perform tasks such as turning and milling.
• You prepare raw materials and parts on the machines.
• You carry out a test run to check whether the machines are producing the expected results.
• You set up the machines to run full cycles to manufacture a large number of parts.
• You supervise the machines and make any necessary adjustments to achieve the best possible results.
• You work as part of a team and communicate with your work environment.

Qualifications

• You are autonomous, rigorous and methodical.
• You can read technical drawings and documents.
• You speak English, French, Portuguese or Polish.
• You have experience with FANUC machines (plus).
• You have experience with the MITSUBISHI program (plus).
• You have already worked on 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines.
