Digital Talent Hunters is assisting a Belgian manufacturer in need of a dedicated CNC Milling Operator based in Oost-Vlaanderen. You will read technical drawings, set up and operate CNC milling machines, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will program machines, adjust tooling and parameters, prepare production runs from setup to batch production, and monitor processes while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret technical drawings carefully and translate them into accurate machining operations.
• Set up, operate and adjust CNC milling machines.
• Prepare production runs from initial setups and first-off components to batch production.
• Program CNC machines using the relevant CNC codes and technical specifications.
• Select, install and adjust cutting tools, fixtures and workpiece clamping systems.
• Determine machining parameters including speed, feed rate and lubrication.
• Monitor the machining process and verify tolerances and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve basic technical issues and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Work safely and keep the machine and workspace clean and organized.

Your responsibilities

As a CNC Milling Operator, you will play an important role in the production of precision components, ensuring that every part meets the required specifications.

• Previous experience in CNC machining is an advantage, but motivated candidates with the right technical aptitude are also welcome.
