Barco Control Rooms is seeking a System Architect to define and own the end-to-end cloud product architecture. You will stay hands-on through proofs of concept, prototypes, and technical validations while guiding AI-enabled integration and ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

You will advise on architecture roadmaps, oversee cross‑location development, and foster system‑wide thinking across teams. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to succeed in Barco's global, Agile

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience designing and evolving cloud‑native architectures at scale.
• Hands‑on mindset with proofs of concept, experiments, prototypes, and validations.
• Broad software engineering expertise: serverless, event-driven, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the end-to-end software architecture of a cloud product within Barco Control Rooms.
• Stay hands‑on with experiments, prototypes, and code reviews.
• Evaluate AI‑assisted systems and guide secure, scalable AI integration into the product architecture.
• Stay updated with control room tech and advise on technical roadmaps.
