• 8–12+ years in partnerships, alliances, or B2B tech business development.
• Proven track record building and scaling strategic partnerships and ecosystems.
• Strong experience in contract negotiation and commercial structuring.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Build the Strategic Alliance Program to scout and identify high-value partners aligned with Barco's Control Room strategy.
• Identify, secure, and own executive relationships with key global ecosystem partners.
• Lead negotiation of contracts, frame agreements, and commercial models with strategic partners.
• Define and execute joint Go-to-Market and Marketing plans to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution with Sales and Marketing to embed partnerships.
• Partner with the technical counterpart to deliver integrations and joint solutions.
• Drive partner performance through KPIs, business reviews, and optimization.
• Align Sales, Product, and Marketing around ecosystem execution and roadmap feedback.
